Our Cancellation and Payment Policy

If paying the initial deposit only we do require payment in full 72 hours prior to the event. We understand that life has unforeseen events. Our cancellation policy is as follows. Will You Mirror Me will refund any amount you have paid minus the $100 initial deposit back to you when notification is given 30 days prior to your event. If you cancel 30 days or less before the scheduled date of your event, then we will not be able to offer a refund of any amount, but we will offer you company credit towards a future event. There is an additional penalty if the booking is cancelled within 72 hours. If you know that your date may be subject to change, please let us know as soon as possible. We may be available for your alternate date and we would be able to move to another date at no extra charge if it is available. Thank you.
